My name is Bob Gorman and I'm the founder of KnCell Technologies.
My personal Vision for the future, assessment of Current Reality, Mission,
Core Values, Strategic Principles, & Strategic Practices are all spelled out on my main page:

To bring that Vision into reality, I propose over my various pages some new thinking tools
and processes for solving people problems: Paradigms, Models, Principles, Techniques, &
sometimes Tools.
A large & rather ambitious project, such as this, can be imagined & designed by one Individual,
but it needs many Individuals, working in an organized way to implement it.
So in 1997 I created the organization 'KnCell Technologies' here in New Hampshire to facilitate the implementation of these ideas.
Two procedural problems I highlight as the primary reasons that helped make industries like
aviation & space successful over the last century; while leaving psychology and education
at a virtual standstill are:
1. Precise Terminology
2. A process for sharing new knowledge so the entire field can improve incrementally.
Both of these require central coordination, which KnCell Technologies is designed to provide.
Also, since these ideas are still in their infancy, a continuous research effort will be needed.
Again, KnCell Technologies is designed to provide this research facility.

This is the reason behind all of my efforts and is still a long way from fulfillment.
I decided to put this main effort on the back burner until I developed & released some
new thinking tools, which I saw as the primary stumbling block preventing
the many private & professional efforts
to improve the human condition.
Now that many of those thinking tools have been developed,
I choose to return to the original problem:
What makes people 'tick' and how can we enable them to 'tick' better?
