KnCell Technologies Organization
The home of Individuology.
Why have an organization at all?
- To help Balance the many un-balanced Individuals in the world will take the Will or Intention and Skill of many, many individuals.
- Skills - just How to help needs to continuously improve and be shared to all who either intend to become more balanced themselves, or help others to become more balanced. Many individuals have the intention, but the lack of success of the many self-help books, systems of psychology, spirituality programs, chemical and nutritional interventions tells me better skills or techniques need to be found or created. And that is not a one person, one time activity. It will require many individuals and many iterations. This requires an effective organization of these individuals and skills.
- Terminology - To share knowledge we mostly use language and symbols. For this to work all individuals using those words or symbols need to mean the same thing by them. The slightest miscommunication can often be disastrous even when the intentions are completely in sync.
We lost a $125 million Mars orbiter because one group of programmers at NASA used inches, while another group used centimeters.
In the so-called humanities many terms have vague meanings.
- Inspiration - Working towards improvement can be discouraging at times. Yes, every success feels good, but there are and will be failures, and when they occur we are often helped by sharing with others who also care. Suicide is often a lack of hope and connection. The media often presents only the bad news, and even goes on to predict, without any proof, things will get worse. So inspiration is definitely a 'We' activity, even when the immediate focus is self-help.
- Focused activities can be far more effective than scattered activities.
This is my vision for how KnCell Technologies ought to be organized. I expect it will re-organize and morph in many ways in the future. Hopefully, this will break the overall effort into manageable chunks, that will attract individuals to where their own interests are and their skills can best contribute to the making of a better world for all of us to live in.
Currently I envision 4 major areas of activity:
- Research
This is my personal primary passion, and why I created an organizational structure, or 'place', so that more individuals than just myself could contribute to finding or creating better models, techniques and tools for living well.
We need to continually incrementally improve our Balance or Repair and Prevention models and techniques. Personally, this was very far from my original passion which was to figure out what makes individuals 'tick' and how to get them to 'tick' better! However, the very first obstacle I ran into, while checking out other people's research was that the paradigms, techniques and tools they were using, in the various 'humanities' were totally incompatible to the goal of figuring out, accurately and reproducibly, what makes individuals 'tick'. It would lead me on a 20-30 year distraction, a necessary distraction, but still a distraction. To research with the wrong tools is fruitless, as the past century has shown.
- Balance or Rehabilitation
The focus of this area is to rehabilitate the many, many individuals who have already been 'un-balanced'. Over the last 100 years, while the aerospace industry made such huge leaps of progress, clinical psychology seems to have stalled. Progress since Freud has been very slow. Only in the last 10-20 years have truly new and more effective therapeutic models emerged.
My research over the last 4 decades has been to research as many as possible of the various 'psychology systems' that evolved. Each of them did find a nugget of truth, they figured out how to resolve some specific 'problem'. Where they, in my opinion, got into trouble is that they decided that their model of how to make a specific condition go away, could be generalized to all of human behavior. It didn't work.
So far I've studied over 140 'psychology systems'. Some I just reviewed briefly, reading their literature. Some like TA (Transactional Analysis), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Clean Language, I've invested many, many hours, going through their training, and following their research, and always analyzing their models and methods to figure out what was particular to a specific problem, and what was more pervasive to the full human condition.
My primary focus in this research is what effect occurs with the client.
- Prevention
This is the flip side. How do we prevent the creation of more broken souls or un-balanced monsters? If we rehabilitate 5 broken souls a month, but create 10 more new monsters, we will have lost the battle. Unfortunately, this seems to be the current situation, we have both more 'broken or un-balanced souls', and they are growing more violent.
This is more of a learning issue, demonstrating how more individuals can master the skills, attitudes, assumptions, etc. to become more satisfied & fulfilled individuals.
Note:
I discovered, thru my research, that while satisfaction can be gained mostly with a clear, passionate personal goal; fulfillment requires some form of contribution to ones communities.
- Administration
This is the necessary left-brained part of any organization.
It handles:
- Determining Strategies
- Management
- Public Relations:
- Create Presentations, slide shows, brochures etc.
- Answer inquiries.
- Inspire more participants.
- Paperwork
