A Person Kit

Imagine constructing a Person as one would build a Robot.

Each Person Kit contains:

1 and only 1 Unique Spirit: which Contains:

A Personally chosen Direction or Dream, like a CEO.
A set of hierarchically ordered Values to support that dream.
A Choice or Decision-making Making Skill.
A powerful source of Personal Energy.

A small variety of Minds, including but not limited to:
- Sequential-Analytical (Left), Parallel-Holistic (Right);
- Several sub-personalities or Role States each complete with it's own:
- Strategies to implement The Spirit's Dream, like a COO.
An array of Emotions, each coming in weak, medium, strong, and extra strong flavors.
Occasionally, a particular emotion seems missing. Whether it is truly missing, or simply underdeveloped is still a mystery.
Like department managers.

1 and only 1 Unique Physical Body which:
- Has limited senses for perceiving.
- Has limited thresholds for pain, endurance, etc.
  At any one point in time these function as absolute limits,
  Over time, they are relative and can vary widely.
- Has very specific allergic reactions to a variety of substances.
- It's own source of biological energy.
- Unfortunately, has to do all the heavy lifting!
A wide variety of External Relationships

A huge supply of 'Boundary Connectors' *1 useful for internal and external relationships. Each Allows, Modifies, or Inhibits The flow of Control information in one direction and feedback information in the other direction, between 2 entities.

A Gray Box - This is entirely my own construction. It functions like the Black Box in an aircraft. It captures only those critical variables which someone else or even oneself could use in the future to understand past behaviors. It's another place where I try to bring useful ideas from aerospace to personal growth.

If you were designing this Gray Box, What would you include?

Remember the most fundamental of rule of the 'experiential' world as opposed to our many 'cognitive' worlds is: Only individuals exist in our one shared experiential world; Hence, no 2 individuals are ever identical. Even though each individual is constructed from some relatively standard parts; those parts are unique, and especially the many, many Boundary Connectors, can be configured in an uncountably large number of ways!
